Increase fuel economy, Increase engine performance and Reduce Emissions!!

The DynoValve is a newly patented Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve and the only electronically controlled PCV/Crankcase Oil Recovery Emission Control Systems available. The DynoValve is designed for use in automotive gasoline powered vehicles as it replaces OEM PCV valves. The DynoValve eliminates the vacuum problems associated with today’s standard PCV valves by optimally regulating the flow of engine blow-by gases. The DynoValve accomplishes this unique ventilation with the use of an electronically controlled switch. The Electronically Controlled DynoValve precisely regulates the flow of blow-by gases returning to the engine intake system. The California Air Resources Board has issued SaviCorp Executive Order D-677 on specific gasoline engines.

Please specify make, model and year in “order notes” when purchasing. Please call us at 1-800-975-6960 for European vehicles.

Testimonial:

With more blow-by gasses being burned, it reduces the amount of un-detonated gasses that are vented off into the atmosphere. Also, a cleaner “burn” leads to less pollutants and carbon being created by the engine. Please examine emissions reports from independent labs for the 1998 Chevy P30 5.7L Stepvan, 2008 Ford 350 Superduty 5.4L and the 1997Chevy 1500 Pickup. The DynoValve reduces emissions roughly 50%-66% on average thereby taking up to 2/3 of the vehicles off the road! By forcing open the PCV aperture electronically, the DynoValve allows for the optimum amount of vacuum, under greater stresses and loads, to allow the engine to “breathe” properly. Especially on automatic transmission vehicles, owners see a tremendous increase in power.

When the engine works less to gain the same efficiency, the transmission responds in tune. Along with the power, many owners have noticed smoother shifting between gears. Often, what used to take 2500 rpms to shift now only takes 1900 rpms. This results in less wear and tear on the transmission. Oh, and by the way, did we mention increased MPG? With more fuel being detonated and recycled back into the crankcase, the engine almost has an extra source of fuel that it never had before with a less efficient system. Numerous vehicles tested here in the Las Vegas area are seeing a modest 10% increase in MPG. It is difficult to give an exact number since results vary by engine type, driving conditions, vehicle condition, etc.. But,one thing remains the same, as your engine is able to combust more efficiently, it will begin to clean itself out, not unlike a self-cleaning oven, which allows for the increased fuel economy.

The DynoValve

There is no set installation fee as all vehicles are different; however, most will range from $75-$100 and about 1 hour to install. There are 2 types of installs, an externally mounted PCV (easiest) and an internal install. Internal installs require removal of the valve cover and will naturally be more expensive. Please contact SaviCorp at 1-877-611-7284 for any installation questions you may have or visit www.savicorp.com/installationguide.aspx for online manuals and videos.

We currently offer DynoValve installation for American and Asian vehicles, as European models require an oil separator install that is almost completed through R&D. Please check back or call for European models.
